Position: Garden Store Outside Labor
Reports to: Outside Manager or Outside Tech
Pay: $13/hr based on experience.
Position duties include:
Seeking part-time and full-time seasonal positions
Opening and closing tasks out front of the store.
Outdoor maintenance tasks keeping parking lot clean and walkways clear.
Moving plants around with stocking and display tasks
Ability to lift and load 50-75 lbs.
Lifting and loading plants and bagged goods for customers
Greeting customers and answering basic questions.
Assisting with general product selection.
Watering plants
Pruning and deadheading plants.
Pulling weeds.
Landscape maintenance tasks with plants and bed care.
Tagging and signage tasks with plants
Working in varying temperatures and weather conditions all the time with the ability to quickly adapt to changes.
Standing, stooping, kneeling, bending continuously and being on your feet for 4 to 8 hours a day
Team player and ability to work with others.

Background in landscape, maintenance, horticulture, construction, farm related tasks applicable.
Equipment experiences beneficial with basic hand tools, lawn equipment, pallet jacks, forklifts, skid loaders.
Good driving record is required.
