*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tree Removal Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tree removal, pruning, and related services.
As a Tree Removal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and aesthetics of outdoor environments by efficiently and safely removing trees.
*Responsibilities:*
Conduct tree assessments to determine the need for removal.
Safely climb trees using ropes and harnesses or operate aerial lift equipment.
Use chainsaws and other specialized tools to cut down trees, remove branches, and process wood.
Implement proper rigging techniques to control the direction of falling trees and limbs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
Dispose of debris in an environmentally responsible manner.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and communicating effectively.
*Qualifications:*
Proven experience as a Tree Removal Specialist or similar role.
Knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and potential health issues.
Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and tools.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and practices.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) certification is a plus.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy objects or working in confined spaces
