Duties:  Assist Store Manager to recruit and select team members with the ability and desire to provide amazing customer service.
 Ensure new hires have a positive experience by facilitating timely and engaging onboarding and on-the-job training.
 Provide ongoing communication and training on the proper and expected use of company equipment in order for staff to feel confident that they have the tools and knowledge to meet our amazing customer service expectations.
 Motivate and reinforce desired employee performance by role modeling, coaching, and providing regular, clear, and constructive feedback to team members.
o Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and adaptability.
o Be responsive to employee and corporate inquiries.
o Advise and develop staff on best ways to resolve issues with customers and deliver amazing customer service.
 Maintain a safe work environment by ensuring team members follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
 Responds promptly to store needs and emergencies and assumes the responsibility of the Store Manager in their absence.
Manage inventory, orders & delivery to ensure adequate and consistent supply of product is available at all times and is within budget.
 Maintain a pleasing and inviting store appearance by ensuring coworker and customer areas inside and outside of the store are cleaned and well maintained according to store guidelines and expectations.
 Understand and execute deposit & cash handling, point of sale system, and operational procedures in an accurate, consistent manner.
 Proactively seek opportunities to increase individual and team sales by educating staff and customers on optional coffee & food items, encouraging questions, and providing positive feedback.
 Serve as a keyholder, following all opening and closing procedures.
Maintain speed of service standards during high-volume periods by keeping a confident and positive demeanor, managing an efficient team workflow, anticipating customer needs, and utilizing downtime to prepare for the next high-volume period.
 Ensure the store is adequately staffed in order to provide amazingly fast service to our customers.
Works with staff to create, maintain and post a consistent store schedule.
 Develop and build customer loyalty through amazing customer service.
Constantly be exploring and developing strategies to improve workplace efficiencies and goal achievement.
 Keep staff informed of changes to menu items, equipment and/or processes.
Conveys information clearly and efficiently using all company communication channels.
 Enhance the store's reputation by taking ownership of the store’s success and exploring opportunities to add value.
