Department: DME Home Care
Schedule: Part Time, 30 hours weekly, Monday – Friday, Variable hours 8:30am – 5pm
Hospital: Ascension Via Christi Home Medical - Manhattan
Location: 2439 Claflin Rd Manhattan, Kansas
What You Will Do:
Perform a variety of customer service functions.
Handle customer service inquiries and problems.
Provide orientation and education for various types of equipment to customers.
May also include instructions on patient owned repairs.
Use systems for tracking, information gathering, or troubleshooting.
Respond to inquiries and may refer customers to secondary sources.
Maintain records as appropriate.
What You Will Need:
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
