They need to be prepared with the knowledge about our menu and able to provide fast and friendly service.
A sense of urgency and desire to get the job done right the first time is key! Requirements: 16 years or older (Dishwashers)/18 years or older (Line Cooks) -Ability and willingness to move quickly, efficiently and safely throughout the workplace.
-Strong work ethic: ability to perform physically demanding work & mentally demanding work under pressure while working with teammates -Positive and Respectful attitude that remains consistent under pressure -Desire to continually learn and grown with new skills, tasks and knowledge -Ability to multi-task and have a strong attention to detail- specifically cleanliness.
Physical Demands: -Be on your feet and standing for up to 8-10 hours.
-Ability to lift and move items up to 60 lbs.
-Ability to reach and lift above the head as needed.
To squat, bend, and twist your body as needed.
-Ability to function in a work environment that is, at times, hot, loud, and in tight spaces with colleagues, contains wet and slippery surfaces.
-Work near and with hot cooking equipment (fryers, gas burners, ovens, dish machine equipment, etc) Key Responsibilities: -Maintain a clean work environment (clean as you go) and follow all sanitation policies and procedures.
-Work quickly and efficiently -Maintain ticket time consistency -Attention to detail in food quality and presentation, preparation quality (following recipes) and overall cleanliness of all items and areas.
-Know and follow food safety and sanitation at all times.
-Communicate professionally and respectfully with colleagues -Perform all cleaning duties and additional tasks as assigned.
-Keep station prepared and ready for your shift and leave your station ready for next shift.
Have a sense of leaving things better than they were found and desire to set your teammates up for success.
