This is a fixed term lease with absolutely no option to renew.
Can begin mid August and must be completely moved out on July 31st no exceptions.
Can be shorter if we can coordinate and make it work.
Tenant must pay their own utilities and keep up with mowing (only about 1/1.
5 acres to mow) Rent is listed at 1850 but could be negotiable depending on how the tenants will care for things while we are gone.
